Offer accepted, buyer wants to collect. I cannot contact as Ebay won't allow.

I have accepted an offer from a buyer, He wants to collect and has requested my address. Ebay will not allow any communication !. is this because he has yet to pay?  If so, how do I let him know that he needs to pay first ?

You don't have it listed for collection so you need to cancel, relist at the agreed offer price (allowing for the buyer protection fee), and for collection.

Buyer buys through the listing, gets address and collection code,  and collects.
