Obviously fake buyer has bought something I’ve listed

Someone has purchased something I’m selling but I don’t want to send it as it’s an obviously fake account. Has >10,000 reviews all identical. Has reviews from other accounts that have over 1million reviews and when I google the name and company it just comes up with lots of fake ceo linked in links.

how do I just refuse to sell to them and keep the item listed

Have they paid for the item? If not wait 4 days and cancel order with buyer did not pay. EBay provides the tools to stop bad buyers people just need to use it correctly.

also add buyer to your blocked list.

No they haven’t paid yet. I will do that. Thanks for taking the time to
