Hello
Just wondering if anyone can help
My husband bought 3 differnt watches on ebay years ago and I was able to get a transaction download which shows a header description and the amount paid and its lists seller for each watch
Sadly my husband passed away and I was recently burgled and don't know anything about watches and I can't see the photo or detailed description of the watches (which Insurer will want) via the transaction report and I cant work out how I could contact the seller just from name listed in transaction report as they might be able to help me . I can see how you contact seller for recent purchases
Any advice / suggestions much appreciated
Thank you

If the seller is still active on Ebay, you may be able to find and contact them by using Advanced Search - this is next to the blue 'search' button.

If you have access to your husbands eBay account, go to the Purchase History page.
Go to the right of the page to See orders: Last...... From drop down menu there you will see items purchased going back to 2017.
Find the items, you will see the seller's ID highlighted beside Sold by , to the right of the photo then if the seller is still an active seller, top right you will see Contact, to send your message.
All of the above I have done on the Seller Hub using a laptop and Chrome.

You can find seller using this so long as you know ID.
Sellers records on ebay only go back at most 2 years, so unless a business seller with old records I doubt he will be able to help.
