Hi, just tried to list a novelty heart shaped cigarette lighter which I'd listed as used because it's 8 years old, but it was bought as new and it is still in the box and was put in a drawer and never actually used. Got a URLO message saying it cannot be listed, I am a private seller. Wondered why this was pulled up, age restrictions,hazardous in post ? It didn't specify. I see other lighters on ebay and wondered what conditions need to be met ti allow the listing as it doesn't let you know what the actual problem is
