I used Royal mail rather than evri to post a book. How do you notify eBay that the item is dispatched? Ebay keeps reminding me to dispatch it.  The buyer has already received it.

Using a laptop / PC and  Chrome you should be able to manually change that service and add tracking, if not,  contact eBay Customer Services,  and they will do this for you.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
