Good morning how do I set an out of office or unable to post for a week?  Thanking you in anticipation

You are a Private seller so you cannot put an ' out of office' notification.

There is a Time Away feature to pause your listings:

1. Go to My eBay > Account settings > Time Away settings.
2. Select Schedule Time Away.
3. Select Allow item sales or Pause item sales while on Time Away.
4. Set a Start date and an End date for your Time Away.
5. Select Apply.

   Personally, this is what I always did, that is,  to end all the items,  then relist when available to post.

   The ended items will go into your Unsold listings for 60 days if you are on My eBay Selling,  and for a maximum of 90 days when on the Seller Hub.  Simply relist your items any time during those periods.
