Not received

Hi,

I have bought 2 separate items from the same seller, I have not received, and he has now deleted his ebay account so I have been scammed. Delivery date for the items is the 26th of this month so can’t put a case in until that date. When I know I have been scammed. Just going round in circles with the eBay help options

A seller cannot delete their account if they have transactions within a 6 month period, but eBay can remove them,  for any breach of their selling regulations.

 

If this is the case,   you need to contact CS for their help in opening a case / refunding you.

 

Contact eBay Customer Services it's not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.

 

Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.
