Not received collection code ,

Item been delivered to click and collect shop,  I have not received collection code, shop won’t release item without code,  can I just let item be returned to sender and get refund,  been going in circles with eBay  advice.

If you fail to collect item within 7 days you will lose item and money, all in T&C of click and collect. 

Check spam folder or contact eBay CS.

Just to add to the correct advice given by others,  that is, if not found in your order details or messages  (Spam?),   then contact Customer Services.

Do not rely on the item being sent back to the seller if you do not collect,  the store does not have to do this,  equally they can give it to charity or even destroy it.
