Not getting until buyer confirms

So once you have sold your items how do we know if it’s arrived or not, buyers could receive it and just say they haven’t.

You can only be sure they have received it if you send it by a method that records delivery.

From the 4th February you will get paid after 14 days, even without proof of delivery.
