Not getting appropriate response from seller

I bought a dryer radiator in February and it broke within a few months, I have contacted the seller to discuss the issue and they offered a replacement, they then sent a fridge drawer, I contacted them again and explain the issue and they asked me to return this and they will issue a refund for the draw, I explain the situation again and they have responded asking for the model number of my dryer, which is at the top of the message because the messages were linked to my original order. I’m extremely confused with what is going on here, as they seem to respond to something completely different, do sellers get the trail of messages like buyers do?

The answer to your question is, yes.

Your messages will be linked to the seller's replies so they can see the conversation.

My guess would be that they just are not reading your messages properly.
