Not all items delivered

Not all my items arrived in delivery seller said the tracking said delivered so they are not interested opened a case with eBay then eBay have decided because they have tracking details they are on the side of the seller and closed the case can anyone help me

If they were bought in one lot you need to open a "not as described" return rather than a "not received" case because the tracking will show delivered.   So start a return on here:

select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.
