Not able to apply my card

Whenever I try use my rooster bank card it says could not verify this card please use another method.Is there a reason for this?

The Rooster card is issued by NatWest bank to child accountsfor 6-17 year olds, as you need to be 18 to have an eBay account this card and account are not valid

Is that a pre-paid card?

You can't use that one for eBay.

Rooster Cards are issued/designed for use by juveniles between 6 - 17 years old ---so unlikely to be accepted for an eBay account.
