Hoping for some advice please 🤞
I have had a buyer purchase 4 x items on one day and not paid after several reminders. Same buyer then had winning bids on 6 x more items a few days later. Now owes for 10 x items.
Sales are now being cancelled on the first 4 due to length of time.
what am I supposed to do ?
I can’t seem to be able to report them. I can’t leave negative feedback. What do you do ?
Their feedback shows they have done this multiple times and is still continuing to do so.
How are they allowed to continue to do this and I can’t report or leave negative feedback.
Very frustrating as others were bidding on the items that they then won and didn’t pay.
Now have to cancel and relist. Will find out how to block them from bidding on anymore, but what else can I do please ?

You need to block them asap here now:

Those sellers who left negative feedback for this buyer, BTW it is a policy violation to leave a negative and as you can see, didn't help you as this non payer was free to come and ruin a number of your sales.
Had those sellers cancelled after 4 days of non payment that buyer would have received enough strikes not to be able to buy from sellers who have blocked two strike non payers, and may even have received a total ban from eBay, if enough strikes were received.

You don't need to report the buyer.
Don't leave negative comments on a positive green dot - that is feedback abuse and can be harmful to your account.
Do wait 4 days after the sale and make sure you cancel using the reason 'buyer did not pay'.
The buyer will get a non-payment strike which will last for a year.
Set your account up to block bidders with 2 or more strikes:
You can set requirements to prevent buyers from bidding or buying on your items if they:
Here's how to set up your buyer requirements:
Then block this buyer.
Here's how to add a member to your blocked buyer list:

"Their feedback shows they have done this multiple times and is still continuing to do so."
Because those sellers leave false positives instead of following the unpaid route this buyer can continue.
Leaving false positives is serious feedback abuse.
You cannot change the green dot by stating "NEGATIVE feedback" and then say they did not pay and that they do this regularly.
All you have done is increase their score by one and indicate that you found not getting paid a positive experience.
