Non genuine watch received

I bought an Omega watch some time ago - all was ok with the buying and item arrived. I have had to tske it to Omega as the bracelet on the watch is loose and i needed it repairing or replacing. Omega have told me that it is not a genuine Omega bracelet and that the serial number on the red Omega cards and the watch are different and therefore the item in non genuine. Messaged the seller many times no reply tried to contact Ebay but the purchase doesnt come up because of time elapsed. What can i do?

Non genuine watch received

eBay and PayPal offer 30 days buyer protection, a purchase funded by a debit or credit card offers 120 days.

Is it past that now?

Yes way past
I’ve had the watch a while and no problem till the bracelet episode but it has been advertised as a Genuine Onega watch and it is not.
