Was it the watch?
It was listed with Simple Delivery so, if you used the Ebay label, when the buyer opened a case stating the item was not received, Ebay would refund the buyer and pay you the money received from the buyer for the watch.
There would be no need for you to make a claim as long as you used the SD label and the buyer opened an Ebay case.
