Non collection of item sold

The item purchased from a buyer hasn’t been collected from the collection point address. It has been over a week. I have messaged the buyer but they have not responded. What will happen if they remain uncollected

If this is a Click and Collect item,  the buyer has 7 days to collect the item after being notified it's at its collection point.

If they don't,  the item may be returned to you but there is also the option for it to be given to charity or destroyed.

As long as you have tracking to show the item was delivered to the collection point your responsibility ends there.
