Non Delivery claim

The recipient is denying having the parcel although a hand can been seen taking the parcel from the driver. The reflection in window is the house opposite (Google Maps).   Driver GPS is the correct location,  also denying it`s the correct street.  What happens now ??

If the tracking shows delivery the buyer shouldn't win a "not received" case.    If you're a priivate seller using Simple Delivery even if they win ebay will issue the refund themselves and you keep the payment.
