I didn't do anything at all, no notification anywhere in the bar, not even in orders. I'm trying to find something, and I keep coming across various statements. Nobody knows what to do with it, everything is blocked, and this is what the richest and 1000x tuned over the years does ... EBAY. Great. However, money was taken from my account, it is yes! it is ok. This kind of frustration and losing money, I really do not want. I will not use this anymore.

once a cancellation has been refused there cannot be another attempt to cancel.

You can only ask seller to cancel, if private seller they don't have to agree.
Business sellers should agree, but not all do.
If buyer allows change of mind return, you can send back at your cost.

Thanks for your reply, but: - cannot be another attempt" ? It was too late to cancel = sent (but nobody sent anything). It is a total mess, yes, I understand nobody understands.

Despite my taking no action, the system shows conflicting statuses:
I did not mark the payment as received, nor did I ship the item. The buyer requested the cancellation, and the system appears to have generated an error.
