No viewers for my listing, but a lot of offers to buy the same product from others

I've tried to sell my products, but I got absolutely no views on my active listings. Meanwhile I got a lot of offers to buy the same products from others.

What can I do to be able to sell my products, instead of buying new ones?

eBay support could not give any usable advice, then  they stopped responding for me, and I even can't see my last messages got from them and sent for them in my eBay messages page.

Looks like they banned me. Is this possible?

these are the UK boards and you are in Hungary, best log into your designated site - https://www.ebay.com/

however, if you were to trade on the UK site you would be trading illegally as a business seller trading as a private seller in violation of eBay rules and the law.

I first listed them on ebay.com, but it was impossible to set the shipping, so the support advised to list them on an other site, eg. ebay.co.uk

Since ebay.hu is nonexistant, I have no idea what you mean my designated site.

I also don't know what law, and what rule you are talking about. And mainly: why? Would I get views if I done something differently? If neither way I can sell anything, then why I should bother?

I don't want to sell in the UK, but it was the only site that was possible to use. And they forced me to specify shipment to UK, otherwise they didn't let me activating the listings.

If this site is not allowed for me, then ebay support should not advice me to use it.

eBay policy -

In any event  eBay passes details to the sellers relevant tax authorities.

Thank you for the source of your irrelevant topic!

I will ask my accountant if Im a sole proprietor with 0 income, it means I can enlist things only as business seller.

I repeat my questions: "But it doesn't change anything about visibility, does it? Would I get views if I done something differently? If neither way I can sell anything, then why I should bother?"

And does this anything have to do with my country and the site I try to use? Are these rules specific to Hungary? Or to UK?

Should I waste about 40 hours of work again to gain nothing? I don't left that much time, I would have to sacrifice my health or my primary workplace as employee (consequently both).

But thank you for warning me that eBay can ruin my whole life!

Ebay does not allow me to register me as business seller with my only e-mail address (the one I used also for my sole proprietorship, therefore my only real "business email"). And this must be only the first of the many obsticles ebay will put in front of me.

Ebay says: "Business sellers or sole proprietorships"

This wording implies these therms are definitely not the same, and maybe "sole proprietorship" is not part of the "Business seller" category (because in this case mentioning sole proprietorship was unneccessary, redundant). I don't know for sure. Do you? Is it stated somewhere?
