No return label

Hi,

My return request on a faulty item is stating the seller has sent a return label, yet there is no label or email link to one ? All the seller has done is provide their address & underneath the option to mark as dispatched. What should I do, as usually I would have an email that the post office to scan, but there isn't one ?

What reason did you choose to return your item/
There are some returns, for example 'wrong size/doesn't fit', where the buyer has to pay to send the item back.

So, why do you want to return the item?

Have you checked under orders > returns/cancelled tab
