No response to previous appeal regarding Overseas Warehouse Block

Dear eBay Team,

 

I previously submitted an appeal to whappeals@ebay.com concerning the “Overseas Warehouse Block Policy” error preventing me from listing items shipped from a US warehouse. It has now been nearly two weeks and I have not received any reply. I am still blocked from listing my products and unable to proceed.

Issue: Listing items shipped from a US warehouse → receiving error “forward-deployed item in a country different from your registered address…”

 

 

Please let me know the current status, and advise me on what else is needed so that my seller account can be activated and I can resume listing items. Your timely assistance is appreciated.
