I have sent multiple messages to a seller in regards to a ride on mower i won and it said cash on collection that's fine but he will not set a date for me to collect it now won't even respond to my messages what should I do many thanks

Cash on collection is not allowed on eBay.  If the seller had this in their listing,  they are wrong ,  you have to pay for the item through eBay checkout by various card payments or PayPal / Klarna if  its available,    only then,  can contact details be exchanged.

I fear the seller does not know these rules,  a polite message sent  to them,  to explain there is No Cash on collection anymore on eBay,  see what they say.
