No refund case closed

Sold defective item I paid £135 for , seller would not accept return for refund and closed the case, how can I take this further? , eBay no help at all.

Sellers can't refuse to accept returns on defective items if you open a case within 30 days of receipt and choose the right reason for return.

So, when did you receive your item and what reason did you give for returning it?

 

EDIT:  If it was the item bought on 2nd december, it looks as if you simply left it too late to start a return.  You only get 30 days - no exceptions.

No refund case closed

Cases have to escalated otherwise they expire.   They have to be done within 30 days and the correct "not as described" reason given for return.

 

Once case closed they are unlikely to reopen although it has been known.   You can contact ebay and see what they say.   Use callback on here:
