No reffund for deffective Item, no help from custom service.

Hallo, have bought a skirt from faux leather. After one wearing started peeling. The seller refused to refund the money, and eBay's custom service also didn't help. I spent a lot of money, and the thing is destined for throwing away.

How long have you had the skirt?

If you are still within 30 days of purchase, you should open a return.

Don't throw the skirt away as you do need to send it back.
