No option to update Royal Mail tracking?

Hi...I recently sold Versace sunglases which the buyer has now confirmed receipt of , the problem is I sent by Royal Mail tracked and did not use the new ebay label option for posting? There is no option to update tracking info and my funds are nor being released , I have also sent an email to customer services and the reply was of no help atal, will I still get my payment?..Thankyou

There is currently a technical error and adding tracking is not possible for some.  We are told eBay are aware and working on the issue.

eBay do not accept / reply to emails,  it's a Call Back option.  Contact them and provide those tracking details.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
