No notifications when selling an item

Hello,

I do get regular updates and notifications from eBay by e-mail. However, I am currently selling an item and would have expected to receive notifications about bids, etc., which doesn't happen. Any search for articles and advice was unsuccessful.

Any tips on how to turn on these notifications by e-mail?

All help will be much appreciated.

Others have been experiencing this and  I'm tagging dave@ebay   an eBay Community Manager,  who is dealing with these matters, to add your account to their ' bug ticket'  for the tech team to view,  and hopefully solve.
