I sold & posted an item. The tracking information was received, but since 19th of May the status has not moved from ‘processing at our hub’ with Evri. The buyer has understandably reached out, but I’m not sure there’s anything I can do to help? I’ve tried eBay’s automated help, but only ended up kissing my own colon. Any advice on how I can resolve the parcel issue would be gratefully received. I don’t like leaving people in the lurch.
