Yes, no sooner had I posted than they mysteriously came up. I had previously logged in on 3 different browsers, all with the same result. My main gripe is that I could not get a call back from a real human to discuss it. My sales haven't totally fallen off a cliff like so many others, but I keep having long periods when I have no sales or views, and suspect this might be a recurring problem. And I thought eBay customer support couldn't get any worse!
