No credit card only visa

I wish to buy a saw but need to give ages verification but I don't own a credit card .Is there a possible way without a credit card?

There are many ways to show age verification, but on ebay, it only applies to  a credit card to show your 18yrs old and over.

Best find another venue or get a family member,or friend to by on your behalf if thy have a credit card

If you are 18 yrs old or over,then see what optional credit cards are available online.
