No cash option when offering a price for something with best offer

Wanted to send an offer to a seller for something fairly expensive, well to me anyway, put the figures in and then had to agree to PayPal instant payment which I didn’t want to do. I wanted to do a cash on collection as did the seller.

Starting to get annoyed with eBay, adding buyer protection fees and not allowing common sense, I’m not going to put in an offer on something I haven’t seen in person hence cash on collection.

Ebay have changed the way members pay, and cash on collection is no longer applicable unless your buying a vehicle etc,so now you pay via the ebay check out when you win before you buy/collect.
