Ninja Air Fryer

Hi

I purchased a Ninja air fryer from Ebay in Nov 2023.. I am looking on my 'purchases' section and can't see the air fryer listed. I have the email to confirm date/place purchased.  

Does anyone know where else I can find the air fryer listed? 

The air fryer has been damaged from behind.  Its basically melted at the back and want to know of Ebay can help with a return or repair.

Ebay won't be able to help - they allow you to start a return for 30 days after purchase only.

If you have the name of the seller, that would be who you need to contact.

To be honest, I doubt it will be in warranty after 2 years anyway.  If it is still under guarantee, you need to take it up with the seller or the manufacturer, not Ebay.

Ebay MBG is only for 30 days, so far too late for their help.

This is between you and seller or maybe Ninja.

TBH. After 2 years I doubt anyone guarantee will apply.
