Nike trainers refund

I have tried to return the shoes but I was only provided with a return label that required printing. I asked Ebay for an alternative way to return but have not been given anything. Because the item is not as described (stitching on the tounge is broken), I am making the goods available for collection and request a full refund.

You could get a friend, shop, office etc to print the label for you.

eBay expects their returns procedure to be followed.

It is frustrating to have to print a label when you don't have the means to do so, however, if you don't get the shoes posted within the time frame given by Ebay, you may lose your right to a refund.

As advised, see if you can find a friend, neighbour, relation to print the label for you or try the local library or print shop.

'Making the goods available for collection' will not get you a refund.

The item will have to be returned before eBay will issue a refund.

I'm afraid that you can't just invent your own rules. eBay doesn't require sellers to collect items, only to provide a prepaid return label. This is still the norm for returning most online purchases.

I think that labels are still sent as .pdf files? Almost anyone with a PC would be able to print it for you, or public libraries may offer this service.
