New update loses helpful feature

Hi, 

When listing an item through the app, the option to add a custom SKU is no longer available. This was a very useful feature for me. Is there a wayof getting it back e.g something in my settings or how to I reach ebay to suggest if it could be returned.

You can of course make the suggestion by contacting eBay Customer Services, you never know , if enough people do eBay may take note and action,  can't harm !

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Private sellers do not need SKU.

But looking at all your items, you are clearly an unregistered business.

Correctly upgrade & you should be fine.
