Yes, that sometimes does happen so worth waiting a few more days.
Be aware though, if it doesn't and parts are missing you have 30 days from the item's last estimated date for delivery to open a case for item not as described .... ' Item Dos Not Match Description or Photos', for a full refund. Never listen to a seller's excuses that the rest of the sofa is on its way if you are nearing the time limit, just open the case and escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.
The item received will need to be sent back at the seller's expense, if not enough postage is sent you need to contact Customer Services and they will provide the adequate postage and charge it to the seller's account.
If you need to contact CS, and I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
