there was no mention in your description  that anything was broken, people expect spare parts to actually work!

This implies items are still usable, if they are not usable or untested, then you should have said so.

Feedback reflects buyer's opinion, you can add a follow up comment, but IMO best to not do so.

You could try & resolve problem with buyer & then send feedback revision request.
