Negative Balance

If I have negative balance - about £45 and definitely cannot pay it back now due to lack of money but will be able to do so in the summer which is about 3 months, how would I ask eBay if I could do so. I have no idea how to contact them and would really appreciate some help

Not sure if the person you talk to will be able to do anything.   You may have the time but your account may end up suspended until it's paid.

Ebay doesn't do time to pay, especially when you broke the rules selling used perfume.
