This is what we have done so far,
I am reaching out regarding an ongoing issue with bulk uploading my products from a 3rd party to eBay using the Merchant Integration Platform (MIP). Despite following all available guidelines and uploading all required feeds, my listings are not appearing live on eBay, and I am unsure what additional steps are necessary.
Here is a summary of what I have done so far:
Product Sourcing and Pricing Setup:
I source products from the 3rd party, primarily with UK-to-UK shipping.
I apply pricing profiles (e.g., “Ace” pricing rule) in 3rd party for discounts and profitability.
Bulk Data Export and Preparation:
Exported full product details from 3rd party (via Settings > Exports).
Manually edited product titles, descriptions, and item specifics to meet eBay requirements.
Created bulk upload CSV files for MIP following official sample feed schemas.
MIP Feed Uploads:
Uploaded the following feeds via MIP dashboard:
product.csv (product details)
availability.csv (stock quantities)
distribution.csv (shipping, payment, return policies)
inventory.csv (final stock and price updates)
All feed uploads have been processed successfully with no critical errors.
Policy Setup and Channel Management:
Created and activated business policies (payment, shipping, returns) in Seller Hub.
Attempted to assign these policies in MIP Channel Management (redirected to Seller Hub Business Policies page).
Confirmed policy names used in feeds match exactly those in Seller Hub.
SKU Mapping:
3rd party support advised that bulk listings done outside the 3rd party must be mapped back via the Bulk Mapping SKU import tool in the 3rd party.
However, after bulk uploads, I do not see the listings live in eBay Seller Hub (not Active, Draft, or Ended).
Troubleshooting Attempts:
Re-uploaded all four feeds sequentially within a short timeframe.
Cleaned and simplified CSV feeds to minimal required fields.
Verified exact SKU and Channel ID consistency across feeds.
Checked feed response files, which report successful processing.
Allowed sufficient time (over 24 hours) for indexing on eBay.
Confirmed no duplicate or conflicting SKUs exist.
Despite these steps, my products remain invisible on eBay. This situation prevents me from managing inventory effectively or fulfilling orders via drop shipping.
Request:
Could anyone please provide detailed guidance on:
Any additional required steps to finalise listings and make them live?
How to verify or enforce SKU mapping between 3rd party and eBay after bulk upload?
Any known delays or system issues that might cause this behaviour?
Whether policy assignments need special handling beyond Seller Hub setup?
The possibility of using a combined product feed to simplify the process?
Your prompt support will be highly appreciated, as I aim to scale my eBay store using 3rd party efficiently.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
I have 4 csv files but can't add them here.
