Need help advice

I have quite frustrating situation.

Sold a bike

Next day after receiving buyer open a case that bike was damaged by the post

But its not true(i make pictures when i was packing it), so to send a bike you need to take wheels off, and then adjust them back. would you do that if you find bike damaged??

So he send me pictures when he was cycling))))

I call to customer service asking what to do in this case, they advice me partial refund

I send an offer  with 75 pounds refund(dont really like that)

Buyer dont accept it and ask 200 pounds back.

After i send a returning label to him, because it was ridicules.

He decline it and said he happy with 100 back.

So i contact to customer service saying we find solution to keep buyer satisfied,

BUT ebay says"as buyer open asking for a refund because item not as described- you have to accept a refund and contact back after i would inspect bike.

Next-I send a returning label but buyer says its not comfortable to him to get to the post office as itrs too far

and ask me to pay for collection from his house.

I call to customer service telling this situation -member sayed- "you dont have to do that and its up to buyer to drop a bike"

At the moment they refund  a buyer full amount and saying I need to find other option to pick up bike back as they cant drop it to Parcelforce24

So he has my bike and money now.

Just right now Customer service ask me to claim parcelforce24 for damaged item and find other way to have my item back!!!

As a buyer what i need to do in this situation??

Thanks in advance

If Ebay have refunded the buyer after you provided a suitable label, the you should be able to appeal the refund.  Once you provided the label, it was up to the buyer to get the item to the Parcelforce depot/Post Office.

Just to add this person with his conversations is not polite and behaves like not a gentleman

I block him

But ebay ask me to communicate , give my apologies and kindly ask to return my item

Have you used the link I sent and tried to start an appeal?

If the buyer is rude and uncooperative, they are not going to be prepared to put themselves out to return the bike.

Is it near enough for you to go and collect it?
