Nectar point not being added

Hi my nectar card is linked to my ebay account but my nectar points are not being added on for my purchases...I have checked  with nectar and they say the problem is at ebays end ...is anyone else having this problem and do you know how to sort it please 🫣🙂

This has been ongoing for months, ebay and nectar say they are working on it.

Try unblinking and relinking card, sometimes works.

Best to use website to do this, not app.

Anita an eBay Community  Manager,  recently posted that it can take up to 28 days for the Nectar balance to update on eBay.
