Nectar Unlinked

For some reason my nectar was card unlinked from my eBay account without my knowledge. I've made numerous purchases since and I would like the points missed to be added. I've only recently noticed this. It happened sometime after 13 March. How can this happen? It's very annoying.

This has been on going for a while.

Ebay & Nectar are working on it, but not quick enough.

Copious amounts of reports on ebay about vouchers and other nectar issues,so you not alone.

Ebay are more than aware and hopefully the Tech team will get it sorted soon.You should get your points back when it's fixed.

Thanks for the info. How long has this been going on and why do you think it is taking so long to resolve?
