I bought this machine on eBay and it was not delivered. Each time I follow up, I am advised that the order was delivered to an American address instead of my actual address. No shipping details were provided to me.

Have anyone ever dealt with this seller ? Are they’d genuine ?

You need to log out of UK site and back Into your own country's site.

Then open item not received case.

Looks like it was bought through GSP, so probably sent to USA GSP centre before posting to you.

You are in the Zimbabwe and have logged into the UK site --- log out completely and return to  www.ebay.com  and open the necessary Case for > 'Item not Received' < on the Israel order.
