NEXT day delivery

Hi there,

I have DPD next day delivery on my items being dispatched on the same day. So the customer will recieve it the next day. Ebays estimated delivery times on my listings are 3-5 days.

I don't understand I am paying for next day to get more sales but ebay are not helping.

Do you know why this is?

Surely this is better for you, if items are delivered next day, then you are well in time.

If not delivered next day, then buyer could immediately open a NOT RECEIVED CASE, OR more expensive for you if delivered late A NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, which is allowed if an item is delivered late.

Well not not really, I am competing to get the business when others are selling the same thing. If one items says you can get it tomorrow and another says you will get it in a week for the same price I know which I would choose. Does anyone know how i can resolve this? If you offer next day delivery surley it should say that instead on 3-5 days?

Have you checked what you set your dispatch time to,

I.e. how quick you post after payment.
