NEW PAYMENT RULES AND PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

Well i am peed of with ebay, i sent an item 24 hour tracked with royal mail,   and updated the buye with the tracking, she  received the item quickly and left positive feedback, however, the tracking has not been updated by royal mail, its actually saying that it has not been posted, so i contacted royal mail to chase it and they said there was no way of checking it and to open a lost parcel claim, obviously i cant do that as the buyer has left positive feedback, so i contacted ebay and that was a complete waste of time as they said they wouldnt release the funds until tracking showed it had been delivered, well that isnt going to happen, so i asked what happens now and they said , and i quote" you will have to wait 2 weeks and then the payment would be released anyway" " your money is safe in our account"!

so it seems ebay are not stupid at all just think about the interest they will be getting from withholding funds

so i am deleting all my listings and wont use them again apart from buying

absolute rubbish ebay, you should be ashamed

Your responding to members like yourself here, and yes being reliant on delivery companies to update tracking is becoming an issue for many sellers, along with the ebay site having tracking update issues to.

Ebay have taken the issues on board however, and you not alone
