My seller printed off the prepaid label but it would not scan at the post office. The post office printed another one but that didn't work, so the post office didn't take it and the seller still has the parcel. Any thoughts/ideas please?

It is an issue that seems to have started yesterday - Post Offices have been unable to accept Ebay labels with a reference beginning 'YA'.

As far as I know, there has not been any information from Ebay regarding this issue.

Your seller could try again tomorrow.

Personally, I would buy a new postage label and then claim a refund from Ebay.  There must be hundreds of sellers (and buyers) affected by this issue.

All sorted. Seller tried again today, from a different post office.......bingo. Great advice, thanks.
