Hello, I need help with a local pickup order.
The buyer collected the item in person, but he did not provide the 6-digit pickup code or QR code at the time of collection.
Because of this, my payout is still on hold.
The buyer has already paid, and the order shows “Pending payout” in my account. I also have proof that the buyer collected the item.
Can you please manually confirm the pickup or mark the order as completed so that my payout can be released?
