When an order doesn't arrive, first check the latest estimated delivery date. If it's overdue (it's fair to allow a couple of days or so for postal delays) you can open a case under eBay's money back guarantee, see: https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/
This explains how to open a case for a refund when an item hasn't arrived, or isn't as described. The seller will be given three working days to reply and resolve the problem. If they haven't, on the fourth day the option will appear for you to escalate it for eBay to step in, if necessary.
Be careful to read and follow the instructions and time limits carefully. If you encounter any problems or there's anything you don't understand don't hesitate to ask here again.

Go to your orders in your Purchase History.
Is it now past the estimated delivery date showing on your orders?
If so, open an eBay item not received claim for each order to get a full refund, here:

Feedback is not for messaging, so leaving negative feedback requesting a refund will not work.
