My fund is still pending 5 days after buyer received his goods

Hello people, please I sold a speaker for laptop and buyer received the good but 5 days after my money is pending and despite texts posted to buyer he refused to answer me , the Tracker says he has received his goods . My balance is showing zero but the fund is in pending.

secondly the money I used for the post is not included in my money only the cost of the item was posted but pending

Royal Mail / courier tracking is sometimes not in sync with eBay's tracking, and the latter is the most important for releasing a faster payout,  that is,  2 days after the delivery date.

If you have found your tracking has not updated,  therefore holding back your payout,  contact eBay Customer Services, provide the tracking showing delivery, ask if they can kindly release your payout now as 48 hours have passed the delivery date.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I recommend contacting CS, early in the morning,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

If  you used ebay postage you woudn't have to spend any extra.   But if you bought your own postage you cannot recover that now.   Also you would have to contact ebay to get the postal tracking changed and that should release the money.   You can use callback on here:
