My listings won’t save the changes I make…any solutions anyone? So frustrating

Not sure what your trying to do as changing P&P details are not always available.

Best ask on the ebay Business board here, see if anyone else is having your issues.

It's not clear what your trying to do to get the message,but  if your using royal mail then they have made changes to there track and trace and there are cut off times so you won't be able to make changes
