My ebay listings has been changed from £2.50 to £3.32

My ebay listings has been changed from £2.50 to £3.32 . I have tried to change this but it reverses back to £3.32. How can I amend this?

Have you not read, ebay did advise everyone, that from 4th Feb buyer would pay 75p plus 4% on top of price.

The 4% never seems to be correct, but your £2.50 has 75p added plus 7p.
