My eBay balance has has just turned to zero

My eBay balance has has just turned to zero, anyone know why please? I have had up to 10£ in my eBay balance and I haven’t withdrawn any just checked this morning and it is now zero. Need help with this please

Before you contact them, have you looked in Payments  ?

There, you can see a breakdown of money in and out.

It may be that the money has been used for Simple Delivery postage as you offer free postage.

Have you checked your bank account?

 

If money from your eBay balance is not withdrawn then after 3 months it's automatically sent to your nominated bank account.

Thanks for your response, I have checked my bank account but the money has not been transferred into it. I just made the sale last week. I’m unsure how to contact customer service for this as I only get transferred to an automated assistant anytime I try to
